Hatchfully Yours is dedicated to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This website complies with all UK national laws and requirements for user privacy.  Please be assured that any information you provide by which you can be identified when using this website, will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.  Any information provided, (public or personal), will not be sold, transferred, exchanged or given to any other company under any circumstances, without your consent, other than for the sole purpose of delivering your Hatchfully Yours product by providing your delivery and contact details to Royal Mail, or another appropriate courier service, OR,  if required by law to do so.


Please be aware that Hatchfully Yours may update this policy periodically and it is recommended that you check this page from time to time to ensure you remain satisfied with any changes.  This privacy policy is effective from 1st June 2020.

How we collect your inform

You directly provide Hatchfully Yours with most of the data that is collected when you:

  • Place an order

  • Complete & submit the Contact Form

  • Send an email

  • Provide details during a consultation for a product

  • Commission order or make a purchase on the website 


How we use your information

Hatchfully Yours collects information to:

  • Process & Manage your order 

  • For internal records

  • To request customer feedback

  • To improve services for customers, or undertake market research

  • Currently, Hatchfully Yours does not send email promotions but this may change in the future, and you would be able to opt-in, or out, of this service should this change.


Under UK tax law, Hatchfully Yours is required to keep your basic personal data (name, address, and contact details) for a minimum of 6 years.  At the end of this time period, your information will either be safely removed from our records to free up internal record keeping or kept until you notify Hatchfully Yours that you would like your information to be removed.  With the exception of when you contact Hatchfully Yours, you are giving your permission to use your information to correspond with you. This is for an unlimited period of time, or until you request that your information be removed.

Hatchfully Yours is dedicated to ensuring your information is secure and has in place, suitable procedures whether electronic, physical or the paper management of information, to safeguard the information collected.


How we use cookies

Hatchfully Yours website contains links to other websites that may be of interest to you, as Hatchfully Yours supports and recommends other artisans or local suppliers.  Please be aware that this Privacy Policy is only relevant to this website, therefore Hatchfully Yours does not have any control or responsibility for any information you provide whilst visiting other websites.  If you click on a link to another website, it is recommended to read that website’s own Privacy Policy.


Data protection

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have the right to request details of personal information that Hatchfully Yours holds about you, this may incur a small fee.  If you wish to exercise your Data Protection Rights or believe that information held is incorrect, or incomplete, please make contact by email at and any corrections will be made as soon as possible.  Where Hatchfully Yours is required to comply with your request, this will be done as soon as possible and in compliance with Data Protection within one month.  Hatchfully Yours would like to make you aware of your rights which can be found on the Information Commissioner’s Office Website at



Hatchfully Yours does not store debit/credit card details.  Payment details are managed by a secure payment service provider such as PayPal.  Hatchfully Yours also accepts bank transfers to its bank account and operates a no refund policy as items are made to order.  Please see FAQ for further information on the no refund policy.



Email newsletter

Hatchfully Yours does not currently operate an email newsletter program.


Social media platforms and search engines

Any engagement, communication, or actions are taken via social media platforms or search engines that Hatchfully Yours participates on or with are subject to the privacy policies and terms of conditions of each platform or search engine respectively.  


Please use these media platforms with due care and attention, and safeguard your own privacy and personal information accordingly.  Hatchfully Yours encourages customers and/or potential customers to send personal information via its primary communication methods of the Hatchfully Yours website’s contact form at or by direct email, or during a consultation where this applies.


Where the Hatchfully Yours website uses social sharing options that assist in the sharing of content from the website to social media platforms or search engines, please be advised before sharing that this at your own discretion.  Social media platforms or search engines may track, and save, your request to share a web page respectively through your various social media or search engine accounts.

Email newsletter

Hatchfully Yours operates an email newsletter and would like to send you news and information on products that may interest you.  You can opt in to receive these online, at your own discretion,  or sometimes you may do this in person at wedding fayre’s/events.  Hatchfully Yours’ email newsletter is in operation in compliance with the UK Spam Laws, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.  This means that you can always opt-out of a subscription at a later date, and have the right at any time to ask Hatchfully Yours to stop contacting you for this purpose.  If you would like to unsubscribe from the email newsletter, please do so by clicking the automated unsubscribe link which can be found at the end of each email newsletter.   


Please be assured that no personal details are exchanged, sold, or provided to other companies.  The only exception being if Hatchfully Yours was required to pass on your information by law.  All personal information that relates to email newsletter subscriptions is securely held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Please see the Data Protection Act paragraph for more information, or on how to request a copy of any information Hatchfully Yours holds about you within it’s records.
